2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504 and 506 of IPC .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these two petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted informant and his daughter with butt of pistol and when villagers reached there then all the accused persons fled away from there .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are co-villagers and due to land dispute , these

There is no allegation of repetition of blow against these petitioners. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against these petitioners that they assaulted informant and his daughter with butt of pistol and have got six criminal antecedents out of which most of them are of similar nature .
6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of these petitioners and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
