Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the informant of the case and subsequently during investigation, he has been made accused in this case. A charge-sheet was submitted against the petitioner and cognizance was taken against the petitioner and other accused persons by order dated 27.08.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application for discharge which has been dismissed by the learned court below by order dated 26.06.2019. While dismissing the discharge application, the Court below has considered the grounds raised by the petitioner, the materials which have been collected during investigation and in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view of the finding by the trial Court that a strong prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in this case.
