The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 11590 of 2018 arising out of Patna Junction Rail P.S. Case No. 444 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation in the present case is regarding recovery of illicit country made liquors totaling 20 litres from the petitioner herein.

I have perused the bail petition and I find that it has been pleaded on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is languishing in custody since 07.12.2018.
