2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 274, 277 and 3(5) of BNS and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . Prosecution case is that 720 liters country made liquor were recovered from 4 seized motorcycles.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession and the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from 4 motorcycles

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88928 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 and petitioner is registered owner of one of the motorcycles.

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
