JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.09.2019, seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019, dated 11.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded magazine is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Mr. Bimal Kumar, learned advocate for the petitioner has informed this Court that after the petitioner was arrested in this case, he was remanded in four other cases about which reference has been given in paragraph 3 of the petition.

Regard being had to the nature of recovery

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79796 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 from the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
