The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 402 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 414, 34 of the IPC and Sections 30(A), 38(1), 41(1) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 55 litres of illicit beer from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that he is having a fair antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 11.10.2018.
