2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 06.12.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.24418 of 2021 in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.495 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
