Petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 436 of 2018 for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against this petitioner is that he was trying to enter the gate of examination centre and was caught at the entry gate itself as he was not a genuine examinee but he tried to impersonate the actual examinee.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.9.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2825 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned XIIth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 436 of 2018.
