The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 7239 of 2019 dated 14.08.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30.8 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2019. The earlier case in which the petitioner was made accused, he is on bail.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
