1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

2. The instant application arises alleging noncompliance of the directions contained in order dated 28.4.2023 passed in CWJC no. 5970 of 2018.

3. At the outset, referring to the show-cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 6 and 7, learned counsel for the State submits that the directions of this Court as contained in

Patna High Court MJC No.3708 of 2023(6) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 order dated 28.4.2023 was to the effect that the application of the petitioner for fixation of the rent be decided. In reference to the order dated 5.10.2023 passed by the D.C.L.R., Sherghati, Gaya (Annexure- RA1 to the show-cause) it is submitted that the application has already been decided.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, this Court is satisfied that there is substantial compliance of the directions contained in order dated 28.4.2023 from which the instant application arises.

5. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the authorities, brought on record along with the show-cause, in accordance with law.

6. The application stands disposed of.
