The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamui (Adarsh P.S.) P.S. Case No.488 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 349 and 524 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that though there is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with sword to the informant Tribuvan Yadav, the doctor, who examined him recorded in his report one lacerated wound 1/2" x 1/2" over his scalp, which was simple in nature, and was caused by hard and blunt substance, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
