2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.530 of 2023 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. in which Section 411 of the I.P.C. was also added.

3. As per the F.I.R., the allegation of theft of some part of Tamroc machine used in tunal work is against unknown.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the parties and the period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
