Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure-2) passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 32871 of 2019 with 30132 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79446 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018.
