2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31331 of 2022 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 28.02.2025 at 10.30 am. subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- in the account of the Advocates' Association, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand rejected.
