2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. All the accused persons are said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 55 years old lady and is in custody since 14.05.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
