The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.205 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 188, 272, 273, 290/34 IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2018 for recovery of 10 Kgs of Gud and 4 liters of country made liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
