At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with respect to payment of his remuneration before respondent no.4.
Let the petitioner file such representation before respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from today. In the event aforesaid representation is filed by the petitioner and respondent no.4 finds favour in the case, admissible dues be paid to the petitioner within a period of four months and if he does not find merit in the case, he shall pass speaking order in the matter.
Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.
