1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order or direction for quashing the Letter No. 3617 dated 11.12.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda, whereby ad where under the appointment (Niyojan) of the petitioner from the post of Vikash Mitra has been terminated.

(ii) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order or direction directing the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the Vikash Mitra with all consequential benefits."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.450 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 11.12.2023, by filing appropriate appeal, before the appellate authority. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
