2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 447 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 13.01.2023 by the informant, Mithilesh Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, in a smaller land dispute issue, allegation against this petitioner is of opening fire, causing injury to the informant, he was rushed to the Doctor and F.I.R lodged.

4. A country made revolver has been used to open fire

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3011 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 and the informant had sustained injury, in that background, the petitioner does not deserve relief.
