2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 463 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 420, 509, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, section 13 of the POCSO Act and section 67 and 67(B) of the I.T. Act lodged on 20.08.2022 by the informant, Preeti Kumari.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that through social media, she came in contact with the petitioner and giving false name as Rahul Kumar, he made physical relationship, got the photographs with him and later on

As she being student was later unable to fulfill his demand, he started threatening of making the photographs viral. Out of fear, she again made payment. As subsequently, she was unable to fulfill his demand which included physical relationship repeatedly as also money, he made the video viral. Accordingly, the F.I.R.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ill with spinal cord problem and in that backdrop, the allegations seems to be incorrect.

Learned APP points out that the girl has narrated in the year 2022 itself that the relationship happened four years ago i.e. in the year 2018 and as such, the subsequent illness of 2020 has nothing to do with the allegation part. Further, the allegation is/are grave inasmuch as he changed his name, exploited her, got the photographs and later as she failed to fulfill the demand, made the photographs viral.
6. Taking into account the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner and the girl has narrated her ordeal, no relief can be extended to him, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
