The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 910 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner.

From the written report, it appears that recovery has been made from possession of co- accused, namely, Ranjeet Kumar, Amarjeet Kumar and Mahendar Singh. The police has in the last column of the FIR mentioned the name of this petitioner stating his involvement in the aforesaid occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-

No.79832 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 accused Ranjeet Kumar @ Ranjeet Sonkar has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court by order dated 29.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 68264 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram) in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.
