ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 31.10.2019, in connection with Special Case No. 9722 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 533 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. The alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners but from the motorcycle. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got a clean antecedent. Case No. 533 of 2019.
