The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.08.2019 with regard to extension of period of surrender.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.52680 of 2019, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to some communication gap, he could not surrender within time.

Let the period of surrender is extended for further two weeks from today in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.337 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Patna. The modification application is allowed.
