2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of certiorari any other appropriate writ or order or direction for quashing the Sakra PS Case No. 518 / 2018 dated 24.11.2018 registered under Section 420, 415, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending in the court of Learned A.C.J.M. IV, Muzaffarpur as no offence is made out against the Petitioner even if entire allegation is assumed to be true;

WJC No.15 of 2025(3) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 (II) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) directing that all the proceedings in connection with Sakra PS Case No. 518/2018 dated 24.11.2018 shall remainstayed during the pendency of instant application before the Hon'ble Court;

(III) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) directing that no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner in connection with Sakra PS Case No. 518 /2018 dated 24.11.2018 during the pendency of instant application before the Hon'ble Court.

3. Mr. Kashyup on instruction from the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage as the final form has been submitted in the case.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
