====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.09.2019 to the extent that the period of surrender be extended for further period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below in terms of order dated 13.09.2019 and within time granted by this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 13.09.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84081 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56582 of 2019 to the extent that the time granted by this Court for surrender of the petitioner be extended by further two weeks from today.
