This review application has been filed praying that there is an error apparent on the face of record. There are certain defects which are ignored and we also condone the delay in the filing of the review application as sufficient cause has been shown in the affidavit filed in support of the same. Having gone through the entire order dated 14th May, 2018, we are surprised as to how the District Magistrate, Banka
Patna High Court C. REV. No.590 of 2018(3) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 had been left by the Court without any strictures. There is hardly any ground or error apparent on the face of record so as to exercise the review jurisdiction.
