None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 76 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 04.08.2024 in morning at about 04:00 AM, daughter and niece of informant, aged about 15 years, went out of their house to attend the call of nature and

No.86033 of 2025(3) dt.08-07-2026 2/3 when they were returning, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners started eve-teasing with victim girls, due to which, cloth of one victim torn. Accused persons also snatched gold chain from the neck of niece of informant. It is further alleged that when informant and other family members came, the accused persons assaulted them and threatened with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. F.I.R. is based on false and frivolous grounds only with a view to harass these petitioners. Police, after investigation, submitted final form against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VI cum Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Civil Court, Aurangabad in
