2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 555 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 216, 216(A), 225, 353, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have sheltered the criminals and he is also alleged to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has committed no offence as has been alleged by the prosecution side.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/ concerned Court below in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 555 of 2022.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gopalpur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
