====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 103(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 02.10.2024, all the F.I.R.-named accused persons, including this petitioner, surrounded the son of the informant and assaulted him, due to which he sustained injuries and died during the course of treatment.

4. The petitioner is alleged to be one of the assailant of the deceased. As per F.I.R., she stabbed the deceased with knife. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2024.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85096 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 and the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, and the same is accordingly rejected.

6. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2024, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
