2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73958 of 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have looted a Bolero vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2023.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89609 of 2024(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 confessional statement of one Kanhaiya Lal Mandal, who has been granted bail by this Court.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar/concerned Court in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023, subject to the condition the both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Barari Police Station, District- Katihar on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
