The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Excise Case No.9542 of 2019 arising out of Patna Jn. P.S. Case No. 585 of 2019 for the offence under section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, Patna.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, the above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82465 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Excise Case No.9542 of 2019 arising out of Patna Jn. P.S. Case No. 585 of 2019.
