The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2018.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant got information that one person has sustained gun shot injury and is lying near Sri Mata Vaishanav Fuel Centre at By pass road. The informant reached at the place of occurrence and sent the victim for treatment on police van and thereafter started enquiry about the incident. He learnt that miscreants have fled away towards petrol pump. He went towards petrol pump and found two boys sitting in a room. It is further alleged that one pistol

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79849 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Thereafter police has registered the case under the Arms Act against this petitioner.

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
