2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioners, as per FIR, is that the petitioners along with other family members killed the son of the informant by pressing his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that there is no evidence against the petitioners and there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioners have no concern with mobile no. 8809507859 and they are languishing in judicial custody since 21.10.2024 due to suspicion. There is no direct allegation against the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur Police Station Case No. 43 of 2019, subject to the conditions:

(I) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(II) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by Court and their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, their bail bond shall be cancelled by the court below.
