2. As per office note dated 07.02.2024, it appears that this petition may be converted into Cr. Misc. for regular bail as order is passed by Spl. Judge, POCSO Act.

3. It is also submitted by the counsel for both the parties that impugned order has been passed by 6th A.S.J.-cumSpl. Judge, POCSO Act, Gopalganj, and hence this Cr. Appeal (SJ) is not maintainable.

4. In view of the submission made above, this Cr. Appeal (SJ) is directed to be converted into Cr. Misc.
