2. Vide order dated 08.02.2024, the matter was referred before the Mediation and Conciliation Center, Patna High Court, Patna. The report of the Mediator dated 08.04.2024 reflects that the mediation has failed.

3. However, the petitioner offers to pay Rs.2000/- per month to the informant as a maintenance amount which has been accepted by the counsel for the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the State is present.

5. In this background, the provisional bail granted to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3927 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 the petitioner vide order dated 08.02.2024 in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 136/2022, pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IX, Saran, Chapra, is hereby confirmed.

6. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner fails to fulfill his offer.
