Irrespective of allegation, injuries have been found simple caused by hard and blunt substance over the person of informant Janardan Prasad Yadav as well as his brother Mohi Yadav and that being so, petitioner has nothing to worry irrespective of registration of case under Section 307 of the IPC, along with other allied sections.

In terms thereof, the instant petition for grant of anticipatory bail is disposed of.
