For quashing of the order communicated vide letter no. 259 dated 21.09.2019 issued by the Executive Engineer, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'BUIDCO'), Jahanabad i.e. the respondent no. 4 whereby and whereunder the registration of petitioner is debarred in relation to Agreement of Contract bearing no. SBD-02/2016-17 dated 10.02.2017 relating to

Patna High Court CWJC No.24679 of 2019 dt.23-03-2023 2/2 Construction of drinking water supply scheme, Jahanabad under AMRUT Phase-I.

B. For a direction to the Respondent Authorities to grant appropriate extension of time enabling petitioner to complete the remaining work of agreement of contract bearing no. SBD-02/201617 in the facts and circumstances of this case. C. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled."

During the pendency of the present petition, the official respondents have brought out one communication vide letter no. 272 dated 15.09.2020 in the reference they have referred to letter no. 259 dated 21.09.2020 instead of 21.09.2019. In this regard, the concerned Executive Engineer is hereby directed to issue corrigendum in rectifying the issue, in particularly, the date 21.09.2020 to that of 21.09.2019 within a period of two weeks from today.
