Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaura P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 103, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 1-7-2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that petitioner is alleged to be the main

Learned A.P.P. for the State also concurs with the said submission.

Considering the fact that petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
