JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 The petitioners, who claim to be the driver and cleaner of the vehicle from where 171.55 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered, seek bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 933 of 2019 arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019, dated 01.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
