JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-03-2019 A supplementary affidavit has been filed during the course of argument. Let it be taken on record. The services of the petitioner, who had initially joined in a Work-Charge-Establishment, was regularized. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the regularization has been effected from a later date than his juniors.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no reason for making the regularization of the services of the petitioner reckonable from a later date than his juniors. Learned counsel for the petitioner has therefore submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is
Patna High Court CWJC No.1096 of 2019 dt.01-03-2019 2/2 permitted to make a representation before the Engineer-inChief, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. The petitioner is directed to make a representation, detailing his grievances before the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks from today, which representation shall be disposed off by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Needless to state that if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel orders shall be passed, correcting the date of regularization. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
