JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribarwan (Dhamaul OP) P.S.Case No. 198 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,149,307,323,341,427 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting to the father of the informant by Khanti blow causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case in between the parties and the injury caused by petitioner is simple in nature.
