2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 90/ 2017 dated 27.09.2017 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 409 of the IPC.
3. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR and other relevant materials..
4. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's plea that against him there is allegation of not handing over his charge but later on, he handed over his charge to the concerned officer and he has been exonerated by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2407 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 District Magistrate, Jamui in the departmental proceeding relating to the allegation levelled in the FIR under administrative side and also coupled with petitioner's health condition mentioned in paragraph 5 of the petition, in my opinion, it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 90/ 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
