2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 30, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioners are only alleged to have pressed the neck and chest of husband of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners & husband of informant are full brothers and living in the same house, but due to land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. There is no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.
