2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 364, 367/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners alongwith other coaccused persons kidnapped daughter of the informant for illicit purposes.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has categorically stated that these petitioners forcibly took her to Aligarh where they implicated her in criminal case by giving Charas in which she has been convicted and sentenced for 11 years.

5. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
