Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application relates to payment of salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner is working but he is not getting salary. The grievance as to payment of salary in the present case can be appropriately decided by the District Welfare Officer, Laheriya Sarai, Darbhanga. Accordingly, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1520 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 is granted liberty to approach the District Welfare Officer, Laheriya Sarai, Darbhanga alongwith a copy of this order who shall under obligation to verify the record and pass appropriate order with regard to the claim of the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
