The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 565 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner helping the accused persons to open a bank account and the said bank account was used for making illegal transactions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner was having a clean antecedent till the filing of the present case and thereafter he was made accused in one other case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3941 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 languishing in custody since 17.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 565 of 2018.
