In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.119 of 2014, G.R. No.1027 of 2014 registered for offence punishable under sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the informant had gone for withdrawing the money in ATM and while he was taking money from ATM machine, some unknown person, who was behind him, had seen the PIN number of ATM card of the informant, whereafter, he suggested to re-check your balance, whereafter, he changed the ATM card and later on, it transpired that Rs.57,000/- was withdrawn from the account of the

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
