2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 registered under Section(s) 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (Similar to Sections 302, 34 from the Indian Penal Code) and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant that on previous three consecutive dates
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1141 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 the advocate on record, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, has purposefully taken adjournment.
4. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, which relates to commission of murder by the petitioner along with other co-accused, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
5. Accordingly, the present pre-arrest bail application stands dismissed.
