2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 553, 506, 379, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, informant, who is Supervisor of the Office of C.D.P.O., alleges that while she was working in her office on 04.10.2023, all the accused persons, including these petitioners, abused, assaulted and misbehaved with her.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. As a matter of fact, Petitioner No. 2 is a

No.3404 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 Sevika and she along with others went to make complaint in the Office of C.D.P.O. and on the alleged date of occurrence, Petitioner No. 1 was in Lucknow to attend a family function. It is further submitted that only with a view to harass and humiliate these petitioners, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific and direct accusation that they, along with other accused persons, abused, assaulted and misbehaved with the informant.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
