2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- a) For quashing the notice dated 18.11.2023 issued by Circle Officer,Jehanabad whereby and whereunder the Circle officer, Jehanabad has directed to the petitioners to remove the encroachment before 09.12.2023.
(b) For directing the respondents not to disturb the physical possession of the petitioners upon Khata No.113, Khesara No.699 Area 3.72, 4.42 and 269 decimal and Khata No.138, Khesara No.693 Area 3.90 decimal upon which petitioners constructed pucca building way back and residing with their family.
(c) For directing the respondent No.5 to provide
Patna High Court CWJC No.1511 of 2024(2) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 certified copy of order passed in encroachment case No.10 of 2023-24 to the petitioners for which petitioners have already applied.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners have filed an application for supply of the certified copy of the final order passed in Encroachment Case No. 10/2023-24, but the same has not been supplied to the petitioners. The Requisition has been filed on 18.11.2023.
4. The Circle Officer, Jehanabad is directed to supply a copy of the final order passed in Encroachment Case No. 10/2023-24 within a week from the date of communication of this order.
5. The petitioners will thereafter file their appeal within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of final order before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad.
6. For the next forty days, the structure of the petitioners shall not be disturbed.
